St Stephens Manchester

St Stephen’s Church is Grade II listed and in Hyde, Greater Manchester. It was built in 1889-91 by the architects John Eaton and Son. It’s primarily Rock-faced stone with ashlar dressings. Part of the property portfolio belonging to Manchester-based developer Nook & Key, Steeple View is a luxury residential development.

Steeple View comprises sixteen one and two bedroom apartments alongside a further fourteen three and four bed executive family homes.

In 2018 McMillan & Holder were invited to assist with the conversion of the Church into luxury accommodation. We advised, took templates, cutting lists, supplied and installed natural stone, including the formation of the main entrance.
