Leighton Park

We were invited by our long standing client “Shropshire Homes” to be involved in 5 years of delicate redevelopment and renovation, the transformation of a derelict former Victorian hospital in Shrewsbury into luxury apartments and houses.

Shropshire Homes specialise in sensitive conversions of iconic buildings, as well as newly built executive houses. We assisted purely in the conservation of stone details.  Hundreds of stone mullion and transom windows, door surrounds, quoins, coping, plinth and chimney capping components were consolidated, recycled and made a new to transform the Grade II listed former Shelton Hospital in Bicton Heath into 159 contemporary luxury apartments.
