Holy Trinity Church, Shrewsbury
As part of a large refurbishment of the Church we were originally asked to restore a William Morris stained glass window.  (1834 -1896) We temporarily removed the precious stained glass in order to begin repairs on the tracery panels that supported it. In most cases the foils and cusps could be reused whilst those elements that were perished were remade from new and were replaced. Elsewhere within the Church we undertook repairs and created a stone doorway with a tracery panel above it. The restoration of the Church and window was awarded a Shropshire Conservation Award of 2007.
In 2014 McMillan & Holder won the contract for restoration to the Church on a rolling program going forward. Repairs have begun to the buttresses on the west elevation and the principle tracery windows within the courtyard.
